    Authenticate Certificate

    To verify a user, log in to your VaazMe account and start a new request. Fill in the user’s basic information, such as name, email address, and phone number. 

    Review the credit usage, accept the terms & condition, and submit! 

    Users will receive the verification request via email & text. After accepting the terms and conditions, users can then choose the type of ID (MyKad or Passport), as well as an optional custom watermark.

    * Users do not require a VaazMe account to be verified.

    The user performs the verification by capturing a selfie and capturing their MyKad or passport details.

    The requester receives notifications that the user has completed the verification request.

    Both the requester and the user can download a certificate PDF of the verification results. The PDF is encrypted with a 10-digit code that only the requester can access.

    Each certificate is unique and immutable. To verify the authenticity of the certificate, users can scan the unique QR code or input the unique certificate number to validate the results.
