There are several reasons why you may have received a Fail VaazMe Score, even when using a legitimate identity document and taking a live selfie.
The lighting conditions of the photos may be too dim, making it more difficult for the details to be captured or for the legitimacy of the photos to be verified.
The identity document used may be in poor condition, making it more difficult to identify key indicators that point to its legitimacy.
The camera may have been too close to or too far away from the subject, which may lead to key indicators being omitted from the photo taken.
You may perform a retry if the results are not satisfactory.
Before submitting your results, you can edit the details captured by tapping the ‘Edit’ button, changing the details in the corresponding text box, and tapping ‘Save Changes’.
Please note that the original data will still be visible underneath the edited details for transparency.
